How we charge

Priced so the risk of being wrong sits with us, not only with you.

The structure varies by vertical. What does not vary: the price is agreed in writing before the work starts, and there is no licence rent on systems you paid us to build.

Scoping
No charge, no obligation.
Vertical I · diagnostic
Fixed fee, agreed in advance, scoped to the size and complexity of the operation. Time-boxed, with the deliverable defined before we begin.
Verticals II & III · build
Fixed scope and fixed price per slice. Change is handled as a priced change, not absorbed silently and recovered later.
Outcome-linked option
Where a finding has a measurable value and an agreed baseline, we can take a share of verified recovery — 25% — in place of a build fee. It requires a written measurement method agreed before the work, and we will not offer it where the measurement would be arguable.
Automation · retainer
A monthly retainer scoped to the systems and workflows covered, so cost tracks what is actually in operation rather than an upfront licence that has to be recovered first.
Ownership
Code, data and infrastructure belong to you. Source is handed over. There is no exit penalty and nothing you need our continued involvement to keep running.

For the buyer

What this removes

The two standard risks in buying operational software: paying a large sum before knowing whether it solves anything, and discovering afterwards that leaving costs more than staying. The diagnostic addresses the first. The ownership terms address the second.

For us

What this costs us

We turn down work when the diagnostic does not justify a build, and outcome-linked pricing means a finding that does not hold up is a finding we do not get paid for. That is deliberate — it is what makes the numbers in our register worth reading.
