About us

We look where systems meet.

Worksmith is an operational intelligence company based in Hyderabad, working with clients globally. We find where money and time leak out of a business, prove it with your own records, and build the software, automation and AI that stop it.

Why we exist

Good systems. Lost money.

The loss lives in the gaps between systems.
The idea Worksmith is built on

Most companies run on a handful of systems that each do their job well: an ERP, a ledger, inventory, a CRM, spreadsheets, a bank portal, and a great deal of WhatsApp.

The trouble starts where one system hands work to the next. An invoice that was never raised. A price agreed in a chat that never reached the purchase order. A receivable that nobody owns. Each record is correct, and the money still goes.

Nobody is careless. The loss is simply invisible from inside any one system, so it never shows up on anyone’s screen, and it never gets fixed.

We started Worksmith to work in those gaps. We do not arrive with a platform to sell. We measure the loss first, show you the evidence, and then build only what that evidence supports. Sometimes that is software. Sometimes it is a change to a process, and we will tell you so.

Who we work with

Businesses with real volume and more than one system.

The pattern is the same everywhere: several systems, each correct, and money lost where they meet. Where it shows up depends on the business.

Distributors and traders

Thin margins, many SKUs, credit to hundreds of customers. Price drift, unbilled deliveries and receivables nobody chases.

Manufacturers

Stock across plants and warehouses, vendors on contracts and off them. Working capital tied up in stock that is not moving, and input credits at risk.

Retail and consumer brands

Marketplaces, stores and a website, each with its own numbers. Returns, payouts and marketing spend that never quite reconcile.

Services firms

Time, rate cards and milestones tracked in different places. Work delivered but not billed, and billing that drifts from the contract.

Healthcare providers

Hospitals, clinics and diagnostic labs where billing, pharmacy and insurance desks each run their own system. Procedures never billed, claims settled short and consumables that disappear.

Restaurants and hospitality

Point of sale, delivery apps, kitchens and stores that each keep their own count. Aggregator payouts that fall short, food cost that drifts and stock that goes missing between outlets.

Logistics and transport

Trips, fuel, drivers and freight bills recorded in different hands. Trips run but never invoiced, fuel that does not match the distance, and detention charges nobody claims.

Construction and real estate

Sites, contractors and material spread across projects. Material bought twice, contractor bills that run ahead of the work done, and milestones billed late.

Who works on your business

The people who find the loss build the fix.

Most fixes stall at a handover: one firm writes the report, another builds from it, and the detail is lost in between. With us it stays with one team, from the first finding to the last screen your staff use.

  1. Operational analysis

    Finds where the money goes

Sits with your teams and follows real transactions across systems until the loss has a number.

  2. Data and analytics

Proves it, and keeps proving it

Turns findings into figures your finance team can check, then into reports that tie spend to revenue.

  3. Software engineering

Builds the fix around your work

Systems, portals and apps shaped to how your people already work, with a trail behind every change.

  4. AI engineering

Takes the repetitive calls off people

Agentic AI engines that read documents and act on your own data, inside limits you set, and stop to ask when unsure.

  5. Design and web

    Makes sure it gets used

Screens your staff pick up in a day, and a website that brings in the right work.

One conversation

Work with a team that measures before it builds.

One conversation is enough to find out whether we can help, and it costs nothing.
