How each finding is recorded

Amount
A figure in your currency, calculated by a method written into the register, so anyone can recompute it.
Traced to
The exact records behind the finding: document numbers, ledger lines, dates. If we cannot point to them, it is not a finding.
Confidence
High when records agree from two sources. Medium when one source is indirect. Anything weaker is noted as a lead, not a finding.
Cause
Process, system, data or incentive. It decides the fix, and whether software is involved at all.

Do you need access to our live systems?

No. Exports are usually enough. Where direct access helps, it is read only and limited to named systems and periods that you can revoke at any time.

What if you find nothing worth fixing?

Then the register says so, and we do not propose a build. Knowing where you are not losing money is worth having too.

Who owns the findings?

You do. The register is yours whether or not you work with us afterwards.
